Real-time Audio Analysis with Jabra & SmartAgent Assist

SmartAgent has integrated Jabra’s Engage headset range with SmartAgent Assist & Amazon Connect, which provides real-time audio analysis to ensure optimal conversation quality. Our integration provides a highly visual way to keep quality conversations flowing, and includes:

  • Headset connection status

    Monitoring microphone and speaker status to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

  • Headset microphone position status

    We detect the position of the headset microphone and alert the agent if the boom arm is not close enough to their voice.

  • Ongoing background noise monitor

    Ambient noise is detected and monitored in real-time during every call. We alert the agent if it gets too loud, or background noise starts to affect quality.

  • Real-time conversation quality analysis

    Our app also detects conversation quality - what proportion of the call was cross-talking, or silence? This is ideal data for coaching purposes and helps your agents adapt and improve their style.
