Amazon Connect User Groups are our free to attend UK meetups, held quarterly, and open to all Amazon Connect users and prospective users. The User Groups are informal events hosted by SmartAgent, designed to help you learn more about Amazon Connect features, the AWS ecosystem, system optimisation and associated opportunities. They also provide a great networking opportunity, over a couple of drinks, with like-minded businesses.
What are Amazon Connect Workshops?
Amazon Connect Workshops are our formal training sessions, where SmartAgent’s expert team will help you to become an Amazon Connect ninja. Our Connect Workshops are a combination of instructional and hands-on training, taking you through everything from the basics of user management, right through to call trees and integrations.
